...If i'm honest, I couldn't name one other 'provider of water' if there are any??? That speaks volumes I guess!!! Dee Valley Water, is used by everyone I know. What can be said? Well ... I have never had any problems with 'Dee Valley Water's service. Any work that is to be carried out, that could affect the service they provide...generous notice is given. Of all utilities used, this is the service that I have least to do with. This is due to the efficient and effective service they provide. In times of financial struggle, they have been more than prepared to work something out. I have nothing but fine words to say about this service provider! A reliable, efficiant understanding service. Advantages: you have water
Disadvantages: you pay twice for the product

...Very much lke the problem of the TV license that people has to pay now or if not will go to pay later. The water is very like a kind of service that there is no doubt I do not agree with. You have to pay for your water, so... the water that you use at home no matter for what, you have the rights to do whatever you like, BUT the problem is that you use the water and pay twice for the same product. How do you feel? Once when your water is in and another when is going down to the toilet for an example. The problem in recicle the water should not be our problem really. You pay for your water in the first place and that's it. So you have two bills for the same product. Well ... don't you agree with me?... Read review

Disadvantages: We all wish water was cheaper... Cannot pay by debit/credit card.
