Fotango

I registered with Fotango a couple of months ago as I didn't own a digital camera but needed some means of distributing photos electonically to family members around the globe.

I have had two films processed by Fotango. In both cases, the digital images were both available within an impressive couple of days of me mailing them. Return of the actual prints and negatives takes a bit longer (presumably they have to clear my cheque payment). I guess this could be speeded up if I chose to pay by credit card or debit card.

The quality of the prints is at least comparable to most other developers. And so is the price.

Good value for money, especially as you can view and distribute your prints electronically.

One annoying issue I have is concerning their website for reorders. Having made a couple of errors with my in basket, I found that the site was exceptionall slow when trying to remove items. You have to take things out of your in basket one at a time. VERY time consuming.

However, all's not as bad as it seems as an e-mail to their excellent customer service department had them remove all of my unwanted shopping basket items.
