...want to give back half my weeks shopping to the Tesco driver because Substitute products are not included.... and wait 5-7 days for Tesco to refund my credit card. At least that's how I read and understood 'About our prices'. I don't shop in Tesco and ask them if they can wait 5-7 days for me to pay for my shopping - so why should I have to wait that long for a refund for their mistakes... Come to think of it... online shopping is more of a chore ...

Changed offer price then lied when challenged about it.

Advantages: There aren't any.
Disadvantages: They offer nothing in the way of compensation or compromise when they get it wrong.

This is the second time I have had to deal with this awful service! The first was when I helped to get a friend up and running with the service. Her first (and only) delivery was totally screwed up and they offered nothing by way of compensation. She didn't use them again. Advantages: choose time and date to suit you

Tesco food shoppig on line is great as you can pick a day and a time that is convient for you - i always do it when the kids are not around so tey can not see wat i have bought. It is great that you are able to go back time and time again untill the day of delivery to add things that you reember about - not so good though that you have to wait to see if the price when multi save have been take off but you can return ny products with driver if you ...
