I sat down and watched a cookery program with my wife and within minutes was driving to buy a food processor. I brought this one and ever since my wife has been blessed with Super Grub. It has all the attachments you could need and is easy to clean. I have never liked slicing and diceing so this made it all to easy for me. I was pleased that Kenwood brought out the innovation of one base unit for liquidser and food processor, saves on space. What a disappointment.... The Kenstore facility gives the impression it stores the accesories, it only stores less than 1/3 of these! Something wrong with their trade description there, is this illegal? ...people's needs. The finale...contacted Kenwood support helpline. They close 12.30 on Fridays until Monday morning. So then sent e mail which was ignored. Did eventually get to speak to human who said she would get back to me, never did. So finally e mailed chief executive and customer support again...10 days ago and no response.
