kitchen aid 5kfpm 770
Review of Kitchen Aid 5KFPM 770 by
maclennan33
Advantages: superb for baking, making mousses, purees, jus, omelette mixs great
Disadvantages: only a one year warranty, other than that great
...used this product and former kitchen aids in the past.
They are highly suited for industrial and home use.
I find the kitchen aid very durable and up to most culinary tasks.
I do however think the mixing bowl could be made to hold more volume for bulk mixtures. The machine has a lot of tools k,beater for thick pastries, blade for puree's ,whisk for the best meringues and what i call a folder for bread don't know what that part is rely called. Also ... ...whites or over heating pastry. The kitchen aid takes all the strain out of making pastry mixes ,meringues, and whipped cream mousses,no more 30 minutes whipping egg whites.
I find this tool easy to maintain and clean, the mixing bowl and parts are all dishwasher safe.you certainly get your money out of this machine we still got an older version of the kitchen aid thats going strong after 5 years not bad.i must also comment on how safe this product ...

Kenwood Comes Up Trumps Again
Review of Kenwood MX275 by
argus92
Advantages: Customer Service Website very helpful.
Disadvantages: I am now addicted to baking!
...this extremely nice looking, retro-style Kenwood Patissier Mixer. I chose the cream to go with my new kitchen but, you can get it in red as well. Best of all, I could not believe the price! Much cheaper than I imagined.
Isn't it great treating oneself? There it sits on the worktop looking stylishly important! It comes with a large (4 litre) stainless steel bowl with handle which fits very nicely into the base and, with a simple twist, is easy to ... ...main body with a soft damp cloth is all that is needed.
My friend says it doesn't have the same power as her Kenwood Chef but we don't all need that. All in all, I cannot fault this stylish machine. Well done Kenwood, you have come up trumps again. ...

My second Kenwood
Review of Kenwood FP691 by
ginvzt
Advantages: Powerful, good range of attachments, great design
Disadvantages: Capsule stores only 3 disks
...my friends, I decided that Kenwood would be a good choice. Then I had to choose to model. I looked online for some advice and the one that I liked, said: get the most powerful you can afford; check that knife blades are as low in the bowl as possible. I looked around and really liked the FP698. And what can I say - since I got it I am really happy about it. It worked. Perfectly. For 2 months... Then the knife blade decided to go out through the top ... ...then and saw this one, Kenwood FP691, £20 cheaper than I paid for the FP698.
It is almost the same as previous one I had - FP698 except for 2 things:
1) it is not chrome coloured, but white. And actually, I think it looks better!!!
2) it has all the same attachments and accessories except mini processing bowl. I thought I will really miss it, but I am doing perfectly well witout it. So, the attachments it has are: the main processing bowl, which ...

Shreds, juices, and grates - but not fingers!
Review of Breville FP7 by
molelover
Advantages: lots of attachments with neat storage, safe, easy to clean
Disadvantages: a few additional attachments which need separate storage
...also bought me the AWT Breville food processor, and I was good and didn’t once moan about what a boring present a food processor is. (My mother was once given a toilet seat from my father, in all seriousness, so I am grateful for most things.)
I haven’t grown up surrounded by kitchen gadgets, in fact the opposite. My mother still refuses to have anything to do with microwaves and dishwashers, and when my aunt asked where the mixer was on a recent ... ...checked the specifications of the Breville carefully to see if it was a wise move, and thankfully it was. It has neat clips for cord storage meaning I am less likely to send it flying across the room than the other appliances in our kitchen, and it has a safety cap which sits on the blender when the jug is not in use. It’s impossible to accidentally start either jug or bowl: everything has to be locked into place safely and correctly before any actual ...

Makes Food Prep Easy
Review of Kenwood FP580 by
jennieb
Advantages: Chops Veg, Mixes Cakes Mixtures, Blends Soups And Much More
Disadvantages: Poor Instructions
I've had my Kenwood processor for over a year and absolutely love it and couldn't imagine life without it. I don't think a day goes by when I don't use it. I'm a vegetarian and find it really useful and very quick for preparing veg. I also like to bake, the dough mixer tool and the whisk really take the muscle burn out of mixing up a cake mixture. The blender part is also great for blending soups or making smoothies and cocktails. Really this one ... ...However I have forgiven Kenwood this small sin as I do truly love the product and find it simple and easy to use.
All the attachments are dishwasher friendly so easy to clean after use. The base unit doesn't look out of place sitting on a worktop, but is small and light enough that it can be stored in a cupboard and brought out when needed. Mine is white, but I know the newer ranges also come in silver, but at a higher the price and the only difference ...
