Adidas F50's are a very useful bit of kit!
Review of Adidas F50 by
JM1234
Advantages: Easy to wash, Lightweight and fashionable.
Disadvantages: Not much.
Theses Adidas F50's have impressed me very greatly. I played in these all last season and they allowed more flexibility in my feet. It is very light weight meaning it improves speed and allows you to run faster. It has inter changeable soles and also inter changeable studs for different conditions. They are also available in many different colours, including green, black, blue and red. The material that is used is also very easy to clean as all it ...

Lasted me years
Review of Nike Total 90 T.F. by
matty0501
Advantages: Hard wearing, comfy, fashionable
Disadvantages: Can be expensive in certain shops
I bought a pair of Total 90 T.F's in 2003. They are still going (although I use them for gardening and stuff like that now). I then bought another pair to wear out and about, but they are getting a bit small now, although they are still holding together. Then i walked into all sports and they were selling them for £15 a pair. So i bought two. They will last me another few years. To put it better, they are extremely well wearing.
They are also some ... ...a huge range of colours, and if you don't like having two colours on your trainers, you can get black ones. These are very discreet. In a nutshell, although fewer people wear these trainers now, they are still fashionable, but shop around as some shops sell them cheaper than others. ...

Probably the best firm ground boots ever
Review of Nike Air Zoom Mercurial F.G. by
beanie8844
Advantages: Lightweight, Long-lasting, Comfortable
Disadvantages: Little protection from injury
...is no substitute for the Nike Air Zoom Mercurials. With a pricetag of over £100 they are expensive, but will prove tremendous value for money in the long term. I've had my pair for two years now, but you wouldn't know it apart from the studs being slightly worn down. The best feature of the boots is how little they weigh (approx 185g), giving you the feeling of being able to run faster and accelerate away or towards an opponent. The shape of the ... ...you can say about these boots is that because they are so lightweight and the leather so thin, they offer little structural resistance/protection injury. However, this is a relitevely minor issue and I would definately recommend the Nike Air Zoom Mercurials to anybody considering buying firm ground football boots. ...

Best boots around for a centre midfielder
Review of Adidas Predator Precision by
keithE48
Advantages: Grip, swerve, technique, control, durabillity
Disadvantages: Not good for sprinting
I've always worn addidas predators and they've never let me down and its no different with these. They're perfect for a centre midfield type player such as Steven Gerrard or Iniesta who like to shoot, pass and cross because what they give you is great tecnique when you strike the ball which is great for passing and shooting because you can really get the bend, accuracy and distance you want on the ball. I wouldn't recommend them for wingers because ... ...sprinting but they do offer you a good crossing ability so if you're a David Beckham type winger then these could work for you. Apart from the sprinting aspect of them I havent a bad word to say about them, they are outstanding boots and do everything that they say they will. ...

Nike Mercurial II SG
Review of Nike Mercurial II SG by
yeahblad
Advantages: Lightweight, Good Looking
Disadvantages: Quite thin
I used to have a pair of these boots and they were so light i felt like i was playing in bare feet!
They gave me unrivaled control power in my shots and fantastic accuracy when passing.
I love the styling on these boots, i think the red goes really well with the white of the main boot. I recommend SG instead of FG because they are safer for the player.
These boots are designed to make you run faster and every thing about them is focussed on this. ...
