to all fans of the series we know exactly why we buy the game, we buy it t achieve our own small form of glory, there isn't a pub, classroom or workplace in the land where someone is wanting to know a good left back to sign. The new game is a different layout to the previous releases and for myself (an experienced player) it took some time to get used to, but the layout works, it has made the game easier to play, with new features such as press confeences for new players and backroom meetings it gives the feel of actually being a manager, not just picking a team and putting them on the park, you can get more control over every aspect of the game now. the one drawback for me is the editor though as i find it a tad annoying to operate, might just be the purist in me but it can be acomplex machine if you let it. Back to the game, more detail has been added to the game such as naming rights for stadiums and new forms of sponsorship, allowing for a more modern feel to te game. Overall if you know what football manager is about you will buy it and if you don't know what it is about, you will understand it quickly, a very good game that can be played by all.
