Advantages Football manager whenever, wherever.

Disadvantages Still lacks the addiction the pc version offers

The greatest managerial game hits the handheld format yet again. I would personally nominate this game, as a divorce statistic, up there with affairs.

The highly addictive game shows new features such as player agent negotiation. This will see you negotiating with a players agent rather than the player direct. I feel that it does make the game more realistic, however this key new feature can be rather frustrating at times. due to agents being money grabbing ............... fill in the blank as, you feel necessary.
Another new feature called match preperation enables you to develop your players understanding of your curent match tactics, this will effect your players workload coincides with training.

This years edition sports a larger database of players, competitions and teams. I believe with this edition PSP have maxed out with one UMD Cartridge and if they were to improve it would require another UMD disc, so it will be like playing an Amiga 1200 (floppy discs all over the place)

Football Manager 2011 (PSP)
So, to the leading question. "Why should i buy this for the PSP? I already have it for the PC?" This being the question i was asking myself when i bought it. Previous versions of the football manager handheld franchise have shown me as well as many others that in comparison to the PC, it is very basic and lacks the addiction factor that we know and love.

I have two main reasons for buying this game on PSP and for these reasons would recommend the product.

My main reason for buying this game was, due to the lack of addiction it delivers it is far more easy to play for a couple of games, save, put down. This saves you from the wrath of your other half, which in the past i have found unavoidable with the PC version.

My second reason was due to the size and portability of the PSP it is ideal for "planes, trains and automobiles" to quote a phrase. Its absolutly ideal to take on holiday with you. Just imagine sat sunbathing somewhere tropical with a nice cold beer and beside you, your trustworthy companion Football Manager.

If you want more information on this product there is a dedicated website specific for Football Manager 2011 (PSP). The wonderful Google will assist you locating this.

Thanks for reading and hope you find it helpful

Heh I can sympathise how addictive these games can be. I was hooked back in the days of CM2 and CM97/98. A handheld version does sound great for when you go on a trip.
