This has been a lovely first car for me.. When things go wrong most garages can help you out as parts are very common. It is very cheap and easy to upgrade/change parts of the car to suite your requirements. I would recommend this to first time buyers or anyone wishing to take advantage of the large boot (which is even bigger if you put the back seats down)! If you are a maintenance man or part time DIY'er this is perfect. This car has been very kind to me on long jurneys, I have completed a round journey from Kent to Manchester using a full tank of petrol!! A big disadvantage is that the rear wheel arches rust quickly.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Welcome to ciao, Sorry for the low rating, but I think that your Review needs a lot more information and detail to justify a higher rating. Car Reviews need to include lots of info on everything from specifications to performance to servicing costs to handling etc etc. It helps if you write every product Review as if you’re writing for someone who has virtually no knowledge of what you’re reviewing, in clear non technical language. You might find it helpful if you read and rate some other peoples’ reviews (especially those that have been rated VH or E). It might give you an idea of the sort of things you need to include. It might also be helpful if you had a look at the Ciao guides to writing Reviews and Rating I found them really useful. If I can be of any help or if you decide to amend your review feel free to put a note in my gb, I’ll be happy to re-read and re-rate. Rich
Advantages: Good workhorse, nice engine, nice extras Disadvantages: Lacks finesse (sorry), poor suspension, suspect brakes, not very spacious for passengers
