I had my 1997 ford fiesta 1.25 zetec for a year. it was black and i feel it has reasonable looks, especially if you invest in sum alloy wheels etc. I purchased it 1 and a half years ago for a mere £600. it was a manual and ran on unleaded petrol. I found it to be very economical and very reliable, I got well over 45mpg which was quite good because I was doing long journeys around 500 miles and would only take just over a tank of fuel. It had a little rust under the arches, Ive heard this is a common problem but everything else was good bar the usual wear and tear.also the insurnace is low which is great for 1st time drivers as i was. If your looking for a cheap little car then i think this car would be a good for you.

Advantages: Clutch - great to learn with. Plenty of room in the car. Display is very nice looking Disadvantages: Reverse gear doesn't always select, pops out while in use. Gear stick wear and tear. Visibility.
