With the Zetec engine you can't go wrong. A great family car, although if you have two child seats it doesn't leave much space for a third person in the back. Excellent handling in all conditions. My one concern is the electrics which seem to sometimes have a mind of there own, the central locking somtimes kicks in and the display sometimes goes off. Although there is always some luck in the reliability of a car in my experience this is one of the most reliable cars on the market. Parts are inexpensive and because of its popularity you'll have no problems getting any garage to fix any problems or quickly get in any parts. Overall it is the best car in its price range.
