I have to say I love this car, even if its not my own. My Mum bought an Y reg 1.3 Ka for around 6995 (I think) and duly put me on the insurance.

The first thing I noticed about this car, is how incredibly spacious it is inside for such a small car. Both the driver and the front passenger have more than enough room, and the fully adjustable seats make it even better. The drivers can move both up and down and forwards and backwards, which has proved very useful. The rear passengers also have quite a lot more room than what would be expected from a small car.
The dash and interior is very original, but it works. The radio and fan ‘area’ is very oddly shaped, but it still looks good. The interior is very nice looking, not lots of plastic, but padding. The seats are very comfortable, and you just sink into them when you sit down, giving a nicer driving position and so making it easier to drive.
The stereo that comes with the car is also very good. It produces a good quality sound so all aspects of your music will be heard, and it will not muffle or crackle no matter how high up you turn the volume.
The car itself is very nice to drive. The gearbox is smooth and makes changing gear easy, in some small cars I have sometimes found it hard to find the gears, but no such problems with this one. The accelerator and clutch are a nice size and not to sensitive, again making it all that little bit easier to drive. The biting place is not to high or low, making clutch control easy and with the accelerator being just right, it makes it even easier, this gives me more confidence in the car at junctions and I don’t have to put the hand brake on the car. The brakes are also very good, not too sensitive or stiff, again, you will have confidence in this car if you find yourself having to break suddenly knowing its highly unlikely that the breaks will fail on you. The car comes with power steering making manoeuvres and parking very easy, the steering is extra light and you never find yourself having to fight the car, the steering never seems sluggish.
The car is also very nice to look at. Its original ‘pear’ like shape gives it a shique (sp) look and people will be turning their heads. I find this car looks much better with body coloured bumpers and I recommend paying that little bit more for this little luxury.
Driver and passenger airbag come as standard, and the car has a very safe feel to it, you feel secure and safe whilst driving the car.
There is also substantial boot space for a small car, you are able to fit a considerable amount of shopping in, or a couple of sets of golf clubs.

The only problem I can find, is the car’s acceleration, it doesn’t seem to have any at all. I am used to driving slightly quicker cars, and so when I pull out of a junction, the car hardly seems to move, and takes quite a while to get any speed. But besides that, I can’t find anything wrong with the car
