I had owned a 1.3i Ka for a few months, after wrecking my last car. It wasn't my first choice, but the price was right. Anyway, I have just had to say goodbye to my new mate, and have replaced it with a Sport KA. All I can say is wow. Anyone not sure what to get should try this baby out. I love it, it looks fab, and whips the arse of boy racers in souped up Fiestas, Clios, 206's, I even had a Puma of the lights the other day. Sad I know, but hey whatever turns you on. Anyway, inside its all leather, electric everything, remote controlcentral locking. It is I can safely say a proper posers motor. And for a 26 year old Essex Lad that is quite important. Have joined the KA Owners club, and am planning to kit this baby out a bit more. Anyway if you are still differeing just go down to a dealer and check one out.
Ok, I have read your comments, and have taken stock. I am new to this so please forgive me. Someone asked what the car is like to drive, well it handles brilliantly, ayone familar wth driving a Ka will tell you they handle well, the Sport Ka takes it to another level. You can fly around cornersat speed without the dreaded over steer, not a bad 0 - 60 (9.1 secs), I have taken my Sport Ka to over 110mph. but bottled out going any faster, so maybe someone else would like to try that one out. Petrol consumption is a little up on the normal Ka, but hey this is a race tuned 1.6i litre engine, which I maust say has been crow barred in. As for wear and tear, will have to get back to you on that one, as I have only had it short time. Anyway, hope that this helps you all a bit. All I can say is it is a fun little car to drive, and is just there to purely enjoyed. Just put in a Kylie cd, and you are away : )
Welcome to Ciao! For that sort of money I think I'd rather have a 6 month old Mondeo! If you are interested in Ciao ratings you'll need to add a bit more detail. Cheers
