Advantages: Very comfortable, heated/cooled leather seats, lots of torque, great MPG Disadvantages: Still quite diesel noisy, stalls easily when pulling away.
This is not a car I would ever get myself but it is acceptable if offered by companies.
It offers lots of luxuries that make long journeys that little bit more comfortable:
Cruise control, electronically adjusted leather heated/cooled seats, and loads of space in the boot.
The car stalls very easily meaning you need to give more rpm to get moving at higher speeds which also means more NOISE!
The ... ...after you get moving, and boy does it move for an estate!!!
MPG is good, i generally avergage at around 42-45 per journey but I do a lot of motorway mileage, I've seen it on 50 before as well.
I've never been an estate fan, so I personally don't like the looks, but as it's a mondeo, I do like the front view as it resembles that of the hatchback/saloon which I think look very smart.

Well worth getting as a company car but think carefully otherwise.
