I Currently have a street Ka have had it for 2 and a half years. Not had too many problems with it. Although i think i might be starting to get a few now!!

I like the car because they are small, easy to drive, good on fuel. They are however very expensive on tax for what they are. At one point i was paying the same as a 5.5 ltr Merc!!!

I have had to have 2 new door handles on it one on either side as they broke and the doors couldnt be opened from the outside :-( Luckily enough not at the same time. I do also get a bit of a leak when it is windy and rainy. but nothing that you have to worry about too much.

I have had a good experience I do have a slight knocking when i brake at the moment and i think one of the belfts is on the way out as it is very squeaky when youfirst start it up. Has anyone had these problems with theres?

The roof is nice and easy to put down although its not electronic it can be done within about 30 seconds. They dont have much storage inside only a small glove box and a little bit of space behind the seats with a netted compartment in the middle of the seats, but for a convertable they have a nice size boot. I like the fact that they have headed seats as they are leather they get very cold in the winter.

so an overall the car has some advantages and also some disadvantages but i would recommend them to a young girl as they look good and they are not too bad.

Insurance for myself on it is 500 per annum i think that is pretty resonable amount?! You can buy the cars now for about 3500 which to me is not very good as i have lost quite alot of money on it but i supose thats t o be expected nowadays :-(
