A close friend bought a ford fucus last year and had a number of problems with the car still a year later ford have not sorted the problem. instead of the dealer sorting the problem they say it is out of there hands and they have to pass it to there head office. My Close friend is still waiting to here from them. My advice is if you have a problem with the ford car take it back and demand a new one instead of keeping the problem car is ford don't seem to rush sorting the problems out.
In other words they keep you hanging on until like my friend has done take it to another garage to get it repaired.
