Forza Motorsport 2 is a top driving title, it competes with the likes of PGR 4 and other titles such as Need for speed in its bid to be the best racing title on the 360. Although Forza is pitted as a real driving sim it never quite feels like one, it also doesn't have the feel of an arcade racer like PGR 4 does. However I find this quite a good thing as the game is quite difficult and it is challenging to win races whereas sometimes in the other two games it is far to easy.
In Forza there is a massive selection of cars, too many to count to be honest, but by doing this you have a varied choice of which car you want to use for a race. The cars that can be bought are split into three regions Asia, America and Europe and then into the various manufacturers such as Vauxhall, Dodge, Honda etc. etc. This makes it really easy to find the car you want, there is also a search feature which allows you to find cars by such things as there power or weight in case you need a specific type of car for an event.
The way in which you can make this game a real driving simulator is to turn all the parameters off such as ABS, driving line and all the other little things. You can also tune your car to get the best out of it on each different track, and you can make your car the best looking by adding decals and paint jobs to it. For an even more real feel I would get a driving wheel just to go with it and that would give you the closest thing to driving a car on the 360.
When we talk about 360 games you always have to mention the graphics because we expect the games to look fantastic, now forza 2 is a good looking game, the car models look absolutely fantastic and there is a very high attention to detail, the sun shimmers of them when its sunny and the dirt collects on them nicely so they look like they've been in a race. It also looks good when you've crashed as the cars paintwork starts to come off and dents start to appear. Also the tracks always look good and there is a fair amount of selection. There are quite a few real tracks included such as Silverstone which looks just like the real thing.
As far as racing goes the career mode will take even Forza 2's biggest fan a while to complete. One of the things I like about forza is that you get prizes for winning races and achieving things. There is several things to win, you can win cars, money, cheaper upgrades and even discounts on a selection of cars. There is also an arcade section where there is a selection of 70 races to complete and theres always multiplayer and xbox live for that endless replayability factor. Trust me on this one, if you like driving games then this is one game that will not be going dusty on the shelf.

Advantages: Runs at a smooth 60fps, over 300 cars, expansive career mode and excellent car physics Disadvantages: Hard to find customised cars in the auction house, More tracks would have been good.
