I have a digital camera, and keep my photos on my computer's hard-drive, but occasionally I like to get better and more interesting pictures printed, it just seems so much more natural to hold a real photo than look at it on the screen, plus it's better for showing them to people when a computer or TV isn't available, or giving photos to people who don't have a computer or DVD player. I recently therefore took a batch of my digital photos to Boots to get them printed.
Boots now have self service machines for digital photos, which allow either instant, 1 hour or 24 hour printing from various sources. This can be a memory card, a photo CD, or Infra-Red direct from a compatible phone or camera. For years I have had 100's of slides in my loft, i then decided i needed them digitised and printed to give to the grand children. I converted all my 35mm slides to disc (digital) using a company called Mr Scan in Farnham (www.mrscsan.co.uk), in my opinion Jessops were too expensive for part and Mr Scan offer a very much higher scanning resolution at a much lower price. I then simply uploaded my digital images to jessops and the photos were returned within 2 days.
Photos came back very clear and bright colours, i would not hesitate in using both Jessops and Mr Scan in the future, both offer greta value for money and very high service levels.
The larger A3 poster prints came out very well too might get them made to canvas ...

HP are one of the leading printer manufactures in the UK at the moment, this is simple because their printers not only offer great quality of print but they also offer anyone printers for any needs which targets the whole of the printer market out there.
The HP PhotoSmart D7360 touch screen is an quite large 86mm in size. This offers the ability to view photos on a great quality colour screen and the ability to even edit them too before you press that print button.
The touch screen offers many buttons to change the pictures appearance and layout and there is still 7 actual buttons for various things on the printer itself.
The screen folds up and down for easy storage and so that it doesn’t get damaged when its not in use.
