Advantages: Excellent product at best price, excellent customer service, excellent delivery. Disadvantages: Manufacturing delay (out of Fotosense control) only negative aspect.
...Was kept informed by Fotosense at regular intervals and a phone call to Billingham confirmed the situation. Was phoned at 3pm when item finally came into stock (16/10/2009), and informed that Fotosense would despatch to Northern Ireland by next day courier at their expense. Parcel arrived 18hrs later at 9am next morning (Saturday)! Now THAT has to be excellent customer service by anyone's standards! As for the bag itself - well, it's a Billingham ...

Quick review of Fotosense
I've been waiting for a filter from fotoSENSE for an age and keep on getting the runaround on when the item will be in, which seems to change from week to week. Now they've seen fit to debit me for the item in order to 'reserve' it. Terrible company, terrible service, avoid like the plague! ...

I have used Fotosense on many occasions and have always received first class service. I found the website easy to navigate and to order from. The sales staff are always very helpful and have given me trusted product advise over the years. I placed my last order on 09/02 online, the product was in stock. I chose the free delivery option and didn't expect delivery for 4/5 days. I received an email straight away with my order confirmation and a couple ... ...pleasure doing business with them again. In summary i would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone looking for photographic equipment to check out there website. They are the best independent retailer i've come across offering a personal,friendly and efficient service.. big thumbs up fotosense !!! ...

checked out the company on line and felt they would be reputable as they had a shop and were based in uk.
Ordered item and was eventually delivered after nearly 1 month.phoned 3 times and was told item was out of stock twice even though website said in stock..
Item eventually came in to stock and was sent out quickly, but unless i phoned i would not have found anything out. My advice, if you are using them, then phone first to ensure that item ...
