Advantages: Free, easy, fast and reliable

With spam becoming a very serious problem something needs to be done, it has been calculated that of the total emails sent a day 60% are spam or unwanted. Spam are e mails which you did not ask to receive and they are trying to sell you something which you probably don't want. I was regularly receiving 250 e mails a day and only wanting 30 of them. Which as you can imagine was very frustrating, i was continually getting warnings that i had low space on my email account, sometimes these e mails gave me a viruses. Generally they plagued my inbox.
