Advantages: An excellent story, perhaps better than the first Disadvantages: None
has opened up a new genre for me to enjoy. His books are quite free flowing and his writing style makes his books incredibly easy to read. Rather than using continuous passages of overly complicated dialogue that lose the plot and readability, he keeps his descriptions quite detailed but compact so that the reader can create a scene in their mind in a couple of paragraphs.
The return of Waylander to Gemmell's Drenai series is an incredibly welcome one. I've been slowly working my way through this series and Waylander is quite clearly the best character Gemmell has come up with to date. The character has everything about him that makes an engrossing story. He is in a way an Anti hero as he fights his way through the lands of the Nadir and despite all adversity still seems to be able to rise to any challenge.

Advantages: Captivating and engrosing, great game play Disadvantages: None
Realms of the Haunting is a brilliant adventure masterpiece which will have the adventurer captivated for many long hours. The graphics of this game are quite superb as is the soundtrack. There are numerous rooms and worlds to visit in a bid to free the spirit of your deceased father. There are plenty of puzzles to solve and objects to collect. The atmosphere of the whole game is engrosing and it is very hard to put it down.
My advice is to save the game often as you can easily get killed. Some of the bad guys are very difficult if not impossible to kill. The game play is a mixture of puzzle solving and 'shoot em up'. It truely is a classic game. ...
Advantages: nice easy game to play Disadvantages: its too addictive
When I first saw this game on a Pc at work I thought why on earth would you want to play that? It looked so boring, putting cards up in one bit so you could bring them back down.... I stuck to minesweeper for years ignoring it.
Then I got a Pc at home... still ignored it as I had a new game to play with, Spider solitaire! but I got bored of that eventually, so I thought "OK I'll try Freecell". Silly move on my part, as I am now completely addicted. Not a day goes past without at least 10 games of Freecell, and to make matters worse I have started doing them in order, complete with a spreadsheet all formulated to map out my progress and to store results... if that's not bad enough, I even have to try to do them in pretty pattern order, red, black, red, black.... or of course black, red, black, red!! and if I can't do it in order it ...
