Extremely unreliable shared hosting on Fasthosts

Advantages: Cheapish
Disadvantages: Really unreliable

I have had a Fasthosts shared Linux hosting for three months and it is unbearable. There are errors with the site loading every single day. The technical support people haven't done anything other than to tell me that there is no "Service Level Agreement" for their shared hosting, which means they can provide you with a terrible service and you can't do anything. freeparking.co.uk support is terrible.

Advantages: Can *supposedly* manage everything online with no human interaction necessary.
Disadvantages: Not much help when the online systems break down, with no way to get hold of a human.

Freeparking.co.uk has absolutely terrible support. While attempting to renew a domain they are the registrar for, their Credit Card processing system denied three separate valid cards (from three different card holders, too). Advantages: Easy to use, looks professional, very cheap!

Homestead brain dead customer services

Advantages: Good Tools
Disadvantages: Disgusting customer service if you live in the UK

Got a new laptop with Vista and had problems downloading the Homestead software. Was able to sign into my Homestead account and them got a error that said the Homestead whatever could not be downloaded and the page froze.
