Poor service, great potential

Advantages: Very trendy email-->SMS forwarding
Disadvantages: Slow, breaks often, bad website.

I've been using Genie's G-mail at http://www.genie.co.uk for over a year and a half now, and the service has see-sawed from absolutely brilliant to disgracefully poor. As I write this, I have just tried to log in and received an error telling me that my email is unavailable. The website has never been up to much - the recent redesign has made it just about bearable, as opposed to unusable, like the previous one. CURRENT APPRAISAL OF NET@DDRESS

I have had an account with netaddress for about 8 years. For what it offers, it is not competitive with Google. Every month there is a problem with netaddress - currently I can't access my account because it announces that: "Secure Connection Failed www.netaddress.com uses an invalid security certificate. What the fucx happened UPDATED

Advantages: None at the moment
Disadvantages: Doesn't exist anymore, along with my e-mails

Please can anyone inform me as to what has happened about this e-mail provider? When I type in the address, it just goes to a blank page and I am missing my comments from Ciao from the last 4 days as this WAS my chosen e-mail provider (I have since changed back to my old ask address).
