I have been a member of Freemans for about four years now. I also belongs to Littlewoods. Freemans catologue is a good quality catologue, with lots of products. I have regularly used them, and on the whole I am pleased with the service that they have to offer.
This catologue is over 1000 pages. Each page has a good quality photograph and a little write up, about the item. All of the prices, are reasonable. Some things are the same price as the high street stores, others are slightly more expensive.
Through out the book, there are money saving deals and special offers. At the moment the best deal is, buy one settee and get another one free. I am seriously considering this deal, as I need new settees. They look good quality as well.
Freemans publish two catologue a year. One is the spring/summer book. The other is the autumn/winter book.
If you want to join Freemans, you can do this two ways.

You can either pay the balance in full, or you can spread the payments, over a number of set weeks. The weekly options are:
28 weeks
38 weeks
42 weeks
On some of the more expensive items, you can open a diamond account. This allows you top spread the cost over 104 weeks. Doing this, will of course add interest to your bill.To make a payment, you can:
Pay by post, with a cheque
Pay by phone, with a credit or debit card
Pay by the Internet, with a credit or debit card
Pay through the bank, with your statement and cash
**********************DELIVERY************************If your products are in stock, they are usually delivered within two weeks of ordering. If they are out of stock, they will order you it, and they tell you to expect it within a month.
If you are not in, when your items arrive, they will leave you a card telling you they have been. This card will also leave details of when they will come again. If this time is not suitable, you can contact them and arrange a more appropriate time.
Like I said at the beginning, I like the service this company has to offer. They are reliable, efficient and very competent.
Deliveries have always been on time, and if there are any problems, they will phone you and inform you of the problem.
I have always found the staff to be very helpful. They are always polite and cheerful as well.
The statements that they issue every month, are clearly laid out and easy to understand. They inform you of: any payments you have made, how much you owe, what the minimum payment is, when it should arrive there, how much commission you have.
I am happy to carry on dealing with this company, and I am happy to recommend them to you.
A good, reliable, efficient company.
Thank you for reading :)

I have been a freemans agent for about 18 years now, i like it because I only take a size 2 in a shoe and this catalogue has some ladies shoes that will fit me, instead of just getting kids shoes.

I am a member of Freemans too. I have only shopped with them once though and had so many problems in returning my goods because they were too small =I haven't shopped with them since. After reading your op though they sound quite good and worth another try. I was just unlucky that time around I suppose
