we brought this fridge freezer about 6 months ago from the argos after our old one finaly bit the dust, it cost £290 and is only available on home delivery. The doors on this can be fitted either side so you can choose which side you want them to open from, the light in the fridge is on the top of the inside of the fridge which gives a lot more light in the fridge than my old one used to which was on the side, it has 4 glass shelves inside the fridge ...
...inside the fridge you want them and you have a salad tray at the bottom, there are 3 trays on the door of the fridge for dairy items that are quite small, one has an egg tray and the others are ideal for tins and butter. there is a larger tray on the bottom of the fridge door that is ideal for milk and pop. Advantages: Allot of storage space, Ice maker, easy to use, durable, looks great. low maintanance
Disadvantages: Big, Ice maker can get a bit anoing at times

...I have to say that Whirlpool is on the top on my list of quality apliances. This refrigerator/freezer is no exeption. The capacity is great and the shelves are a breeze to rearange to ur needs. The icemaker is a great bonus as it frees up even more freezer space by eliminating the need for ice trays. Seal on the doors are tight as can be expected. ...to go to a bigger hotpoint and because of new baby. it has good size space in fridge for family with one child and also door space holds a lot. if your bloke is on the taller side maybe 5 ' 10 you may want to consider another fridge freezer as he will bend a bit to get it. nice size starter fridge. only downside is freezer . only has 1 shelf and if you have like meat and ice lollies, and ice cream and ice and chicken and bacon and frozen veg and ... Good machine if your wanting to go for the manual defrost bargain refridgerator. I've had this almost a year now and so far am very happy with it. "Touch Wood" no mechanical problems with it, and it fits a big shop into it quite nicely with large drawers and ample space. I also haven't needed to defrost it as of yet, and it's no where needing it, so thats always a good sign. The shelves can easily be removed to clean and are safety glass to prevent ...

Smeg FAB28PS6 I do not own this fridge myself, but we have got one at work and my god, it is amazing! Where I work we have a pretty posh kitchen and the Smeg fridge just completely finishes off the look. It is absolutely gorgeous, which, lets face it is the main reason anyone would buy one. The space in the fridge is great too, it is nice to have a big space to put everything, it is great for drinks, great for sticking in shopping bags, infact, ...
...you feel confident you have closed it, the seal on the fridge is lovely too, strange thing to say but it just feels really sturdy. Despite all this the best thing about it is its looks, it gets ums and arrs every day and I have not got sick of looking at it. It feels like a bit of artwork in the kitchen.
