Hotpoint really know how to make them!! I am really pleased with the size and layout of the product, it's amazing how much it holds. The fridge is at the top, the door and can be altered to open either side. There are 3 glass shelves, which are easy to remove and clean and adjust height. I have owned this fridge/freezer for a few years now and it still looks like new. Mine is a dark greenone, and when it came I was surprised to see how big it was, so I call it my Jolly Green Giant!!! I bought my Beko CA5410W fridge freezer about 20 months ago from comet, and have to say that im appalled by the lack of longevity with this machine, the compressor has broken down, needing a new one to replace which the repair man said would cost £150, avoid this manufacturer unless you have money to waste. I have found that there are several major design faults with this product. Firstly, there is a vent at the side of the most-used shelf in the fridge. If this is covered, which is done easily as the vent is low down, the whole fridge freezes up - hopeless. This, and a large vent at the very top, cuts down on useable storage space in the fridge.
