I bought the Hotpoint 187EG fridge freezer when we moved house in September 08, and initially was thrilled with both the looks, capacity, and the extra features like the suspended wine rack, the audible door alarm, and the mess free ice cube storage. This has never been the case and on one occasion the best they could offer me was in excess of 2 weeks from the date of my phone call.
