Beko A - Rated Frost Free Fridge/Freezer is "Bekonomical"

Advantages: Price, size, drinks dispenser
Disadvantages: week freezer drawer fronts, thermostat position

Early Frost free freezers were a tad unreliable and overpriced, not any more though as most owners of this capable unit will agree, I have had my one for about 18 months and so far so good. It's about 6' tall and 2' wide (fridge at top), with a safety lockable water dispenser (that hasn't dripped yet) and both doors open from the left but can be reversed following the instructions given, the freezer is frost free so no more messy defrosting to do, ...

Freezing frustration

Advantages: Cheap. Prompt replacements
Disadvantages: Poor quality

I had a similar Beko fridge/freezer for 7 years, so I thought I'd get another one. I bought the replacement online from Miller Bros(VG store), but was disappointed by its basic quality compared to my old one e.g. it was slightly smaller.More importantly,it never achieved its proper operating temperatures even with the thermostat at maximum, so I requested a replacement. When this arrived I wondered if it was a refurbished return - it wasn't packed ...

The cover of the compressor motor became too hot to touch! When offered another replacement I opted for a refund. If you have the space, spend more money and get a different brand. beko A class all over

Advantages: loads of space
Disadvantages: quite tall so if your short like me could be a problem

after moving house,we found that we didnt have enough room to have a seprate fridge and freezer so what did we do,like all the others out there we looked in all the shops and catalouges for one that we could get and would hold everything that we needed to get in it. we found this one.which did give us the extra space we needed in our kitchen and held all the stuff we needed in it.with the extra bonus of having the water dispenser in.which was good ...

Beko Fridge Freezer

Advantages: Really good size and looks stylish
Disadvantages: Wine rack can be a bit awkward to organise around

This fridge freezer was one of the largest capacities I could find of its type and at a really reasonable price (I paid £360 + £20 delivery at Dixons online).
