It is a quiet efficient fridge - well designed. It is worth remembering that it is quite a tall fridge and just about made it through the kitchen doorway. This may also be a problem if you are short and need to reach the top shelves. At first I thought the space in the fridge was not going to be sufficient, but it is just about right for my needs. This is a great fridge-freezer! I've owned it for about a year now and I have to say that it is far better than any other fridge I've ever had - really low maintainance, and just a splendid thing! There is plenty of room in the fridge section, and it is nicely designed with adjustable shelving and partitions so you can really make the fridge adapt to your needs (and lots of lovely space for all those bottles of wine!). I have owned this fridge/freezer for a few years now and it still looks like new. Mine is a dark greenone, and when it came I was surprised to see how big it was, so I call it my Jolly Green Giant!!! I bought my Beko CA5410W fridge freezer about 20 months ago from comet, and have to say that im appalled by the lack of longevity with this machine, the compressor has broken down, needing a new one to replace which the repair man said would cost £150, avoid this manufacturer unless you have money to waste. I have found that there are several major design faults with this product. Firstly, there is a vent at the side of the most-used shelf in the fridge. If this is covered, which is done easily as the vent is low down, the whole fridge freezes up - hopeless. This, and a large vent at the very top, cuts down on useable storage space in the fridge.
