Disadvantages: Fridge has broken down after a year!

We called whirlpool and luckily we had an extended warranty but it took whirlpool a week from when we phoned to send out the engineer who then said the central board has stopped working. Which for a fridge that is just a year old is shocking! When it was working fine the fridge was perfect, lots of space and drawers, looks good and easy to clean. maybe if you are thinking of buying this fridge my expereinces could be just a one off and you might not have these problems but it's better to know right? ... Disadvantages: Big, Ice maker can get a bit anoing at times

...I have to say that Whirlpool is on the top on my list of quality apliances. This refrigerator/freezer is no exeption. The capacity is great and the shelves are a breeze to rearange to ur needs. The icemaker is a great bonus as it frees up even more freezer space by eliminating the need for ice trays. Seal on the doors are tight as can be expected.
