This brings me on to the main point about the game, the frontlines, the objective is to move the frontline up (this will be a line on your map, the blue side is yours and the red side is the enemy). You do this by capturing,blowing up or rebuilding certain radars or buildings.

In this game you will get to use a variety of tech to help you fight the red star and move the frontline forward. This will range from light tanks to an assult drone or even using the enemy weapons against them. This brings me on to the main point about the game, the frontlines, the objective is to move the frontline up (this will be a line on your map, the blue side is yours and the red side is the enemy). You do this by capturing,blowing up or rebuilding certain radars or buildings.
The online gameplay is even better than the campaign, this is because the game was built more for online play than anything, alot more has gone into it. There are five classs;support,assault,heavy assault,close combat and scout each with there own unique weapons and skills. After you've choosen your class you can also pick a speciailality;drone tech,ground support(deployable turrets),air support and EMP tech. Once you've picked your perfect soldier you can finally move to the battlefield where you can spawn at any strategic point you have captured. Go it alone or with your sqaud, use vechiles, tanks heli's to destroy your enemy. (personally i love getting into heli vs heli fighting it is probably one of the hardest fights for online)
Personally i love the game and think that it will never get boring or old.
Advantages: good gameplay, good graphics, fun, entertaining, funny scripts, cheap Disadvantages: quite short, no-one plays online, majority of achievements are for multiplayer
I rented this from Lovefilm.com, expecting it to be okay, but to my surprise I really really enjoyed it! It reminded me of Battlefield 2 on PC a lot, the gameplay and graphics are very similiar. The main missions took me personally, 20 to an hour to complete, and there was 7 missions. So it was quite a short game, but I must admit it was fun. After played the first couple of missions, I thought: "damn, this would be amazing in multiplayer on XBL", ... ...searching, and there were a total of 31 spaces out of 32 spaces available. I joined the game, waited 10minutes, and still no-one else was in the game other than me and the person hosting. Bit of a bummer really, it would be a really good game online but for some reason no one plays! I think the game would be even further improved if they were to add local multiplayer, or co-op missions on top of the single player ones, hopefully this'll be an add ...

You start of as a soldier of the Western Coalition (basically the US and the EU join for a bigger army and better advances in technology). From the start you are thrown into the fast-paced action, from being on the defensive of a Red Star attack in Turkmenistan, you go on to being on the offense in the Russian border before you end up in the Russian capital. You are following in the footsteps of a news reporter, In a desperate and near future setting, ... ...fate of civilization. A global war for oil is being waged between the two superpowers.
Over 60 weapons and vehicles are available for use and squad-based team play is also available.
The vehicles available range from Assault Tanks to experimental RC Drones, along with fighter planes (Jets), Helicopters and off-road vehicles. ...
