Create you own Adsa Pizza cheap and chearful night in!!
Advantages: great choice, cheaper than a takeaway. Disadvantages: Long wait, slow service.
As a family we believe in home cooking and generally steer clear of "ready meals" However when it comes to my Girly nights in we almost always grab a couple of Asda's Create your own pizzas from the deli counter. You may have to wait for ages to be served as the station is not very well staffed ( or at least not at my local ASDA) but once you get there you'll find there is a lot of choice.
They have their "Extra Special" range or the standard range.
... ...be honest I wouldn't call it Special so we now stick with the standard one.
BASES
The Standad range has a choise of bases - Deep pan - Thin and Crispy - Stone baked - and Stuffed Crust I have not tried the Stuffed crust which personally does not appeal to me greatly but have tried the other 3. I generally choose the Stone baked or thin and crispy which have a more traditional taste and texture. I must say that as an Italian family the first time ...

Be Smart! With Smart Price Garlic Bread.
Advantages: Very reasonable in price, easy to cook. Disadvantages: Could have been stronger inn flavour
Review of Asda Smart Price Garlic Bread. The Product This review covers garlic bread from the Asda economy budget range, known as Smart Price. Along with many other supermarkets budget lines, Asda's Smart Price is a range of lower priced, simply packaged basic items. As I am restricted to a tight budget nowadays, I have been buying more and more products from supermarket own ranges. All my family enjoy garlic bread, we tend to eat it with a wide ... ...comes in the instantly recognisable Asda Smart Price uniform of a basic green and white packaging. The product description and the Asda logo are on the front and cooking instructions, ingredients and nutritional values are located on the rear of the package. The baguettes wrapper is made from non recyclable plastic and need to be cut open with scissors to access the bread. How to Cook This is very easy to cook and as long as you don't over cook ...

Asda Deep Pan 10" Pizza - Meat Feast (440g)
This is the first time that I buy a meat feast pizza, because I'm not a big meat fan really, but I wanted to see if I can tolerate the taste. It can be bought from Asda for £2.38 or sometimes as a part of an offer (any 3 for £5.00) and you can choose from different other deep pan pizzas. However, you should be careful when you buy it, for it remains in the refrigerator for no more than a week, depending ... ...calories

Asda mini pizza
Advantages: Quick, easy and small Disadvantages: none really
As I have young children(although that doesn't affect the overall standing) I find these pizzas ideal for lunch or a light/quick dinner. They only take about 10 mins to bake and if you have any ham/prawns/olives these can be put on top for variety.
The base isn't too thick and doughy, and the topping, although slightly thin, has as good a flavour as any of the family sized ones. They are great value for money as they come in packs of 10, which means ...

Nice Pizza
Advantages: Tasty and cheap Disadvantages: none it was fine for the money
ASDA are selling these Pizza's for £1.15 just now and I think that it is money well spent. The quite large Pizza is about 12 inches when removed from the packaging but does shrink a little once cooked. There is plenty of pineapple on the pizza and there is I suppose for the money a decent amount of Ham.
The box that the pizza comes in is quite colourful and apart from the price did have me looking at it to see what value was to be had. The topping ... ...pizza, but for my £1.15 I'm not complaining. The pizza tasted very nice and the tomato base was evident as was the adequate amount of cheese. All in all not a bad pizza at all.
They do have lots of other flavours too and you get a special discount if you buy 4. I can't remember exactly buit I'm pretty sure it was 4 for £3.00 ...
