a deep pan full of heaven
Advantages: great taste, easy preperation Disadvantages: theres not enough!
...mum took me down to sainsbury's to stock up on the necessities. with a half full trolley and a shopping list the length of my arm (not that long then!) we arrived at the pizza section and began scanning the shelf for various toppings. sainsbury's deep pan ham and pineapple pizza instantly caught my eye with its bright packaging and at £1.79 for 412g mum couldn't say no so the trolley was soon a considerable amout heavier than it was when we first ... ...my thoughts
-----------------
sainsbury's describes this pizza as 'An American style deep and light pizza base topped with Tomato sauce, Cheese, Reformed Ham & Pineapple' and i couldn't agree more
the base of the pizza was crunchy but not too hard to bite, the cheese wasn't too stringy, but stringy enough to be fun, the ham was crisped to perfection and the pineapple gave the finishing touch needed for a perfect pizza!

Pepperoni Pleasure!
Advantages: Tastes so nice! Disadvantages: A little to much Tomato Puree.
This pizza is a very nice pizza. When my mum came home with it I wasn't sure whether I would like it or not because we don't normally have this pizza, so I started complaining to my mum that I wouldn't eat it because I clamed it would taste disgusting, but obviously by dinner time I was very hungry and therefore ate it. At first I was just playing with my food and not actualy tasting it because as before mentioned I thought it would be disgusting! ... ...I did like it though I pretended that I didn't, just so that no-one could prove me wrong. Now every time my mum says that she is buying pizza for dinner I always ask for the sainsburys pepperoni one that she always gets now. The other day I asked for it and my mum said to me " I didn't think you liked this pizza and yet you are asking for it again!" I just told her that I was only joking about not liking it! So I really reccomend this pizza for other ...

Make Your Own, and Feel better About Yourself
Advantages: Good Base for your More experemental Side Disadvantages: Donkeys don't like Pizza
The product description of this standard pizza from Sainsbury’s is "A Neapolitan style pizza based on the original pizza of Campania where it was first created from a piece of flat round Focaccia topped with Mozzarella, tomato and oregano." So what you expect is a plain ordinary margahretia pizza and this is what you get, for those of you with Kids this may be exactly what you want, especially if they are fussy eaters…..
The taste performance of ... ...disappointing, unless you are a creative master at making uber pizzas like myself. The great thing about buying this pizza is that it is nothing special, you can feed it to you kids without many complaints, or you can let your culinary imagination go wild. Add a dollop of ricotta, some mushrooms, some garlic, chilies, meat or anchovies, in-fact almost any pizza topping, you can create a pizza to your specification using this as a base making it a ...

Really filling and tasty
Advantages: Cheap and Delicious Disadvantages: cannot be consumed on large extent
The Sainsbury's cheese and tomato pizzas are the best.I was not a great fan of pizzas, but living in halls of residence and being a student,it was the easiest way for me to just put a pizza in the oven, specially after a long day.I then discovered the sainsbury's cheese and tomato. It is very thin and has just the right amount of cheese and tomato. After ten minutes in the oven, it is ready to be eaten and it just melts in the mouth. I personally like ... ...leave the cheese on top to soften and melt.I have it usually with ketchup or red hot pepper sauce. It is great with chips as well. Once you have tasted it, you can never stop. Also, it can be made quickly and I would advise it to anyone, kids, students and working persons. ...

Creamy, Flavoursome Pizza
Advantages: Creamy, Not too much Garlic Disadvantages: Not enough mushrooms
I was recently introduced to Sainsbury's Pizzas having tried the Mediterranean Vegetable and the Margherita whilst dining with a friend.
I popped to my local Sainsbury's one shopping trip and picked up their Garlic Mushroom Pizza. It's a 10'' (or is it 12'') and costs £2.69. And at that price it is a bargain for the flavour that is introduced into your mouth.
Cooked just right (12 minutes from fresh) this pizza is creamy, garlic-ky (but not too ... ...base in addition to the usual tomato and this combined with the garlic mushrooms is a match made in heaven. The base is light and thin so as not to pile on the carbs. Although Garlic mushroom - the garlic is not overpowering.
The one negative I do have is that the mushrooms are scattered about all over the place so as to make the pizza look a bit messy, but it does taste better than it looks so go for it. The marscapone does give it such a wonderful ...
