When you think of fudge you usually think of vanillia flavoured solid cubes however this is where Jim Garrahy's fudge is totally different! The fudge is totally unique in that it is a hand made, soft and creamy texture. It totally melts in your mouth! To me its more a mixture of fudge and butter icing and totally delicious. I visited the Fudge Kitchen last October, and oh boy do I remember it well. Me and my friend were out shopping in the capital city, and out of the corner of my eye it caught my eye, a big green sign reading THE FUDGE KITCHEN. Now as you know, if you have read my other reviews, i have a very very sweet tooth and i just couldn't pass up the chance of this shop, so off we went, me dragging my friend in behind me.
