Excellent small camera for those times when you just want a click and shoot with some quality and style.
The Fujifinepix A920 comes with a 4x Optical zoom; 9.0 mega pixels and a 2.7 inch LCD display on rear.
The shooting modes consist of:
Automatic - for those quick point and shoot moments Video capture Baby Mode - Suitable for babies, for natural skin tone without flash Picture Stabilisation - Reduces camera shake and moving object blur Red Eye Reduction - minimises subject red eye Digital Zoom - 3x digital zoom Portrait mode - Portrait with soft overall tone and beautiful skin tones Scene Position - allows you to select from: Manual - Automatic mode with several manual overrides Landscape - for clear scenic shots Sport - suitable for shooting moving subjects Night - clear shots of night sceneyry and illumination Natural Light - retains natural ambience without using the flash Beach - Crisp clear shots when shooting on the beach Snow - suitable for shooting subjects in snowy scenes Fireworks - vvid shots of fireworks with a slow shutter speed Sunset - For shooting sunsets, making colours more vivid Underwater - for shooting underwater - with a protective case of course Flower - effective for taking more vivid shots of flowers Party - for all those party animals out there! Museum - automatically turns off the flash, sounds and self timer lamp - so you don't disturb the exhibits Text - for those times when you want to take pictures of lettering
The camra is powered by 2 x AA batteries, which means that it is always easy to find replacement batteries should you run out - however I use rechargeable batteries with mine.
It takes an XD card - and you can currently pick up a 2GB card for about £15 on amazon and similar stores.
I have the Fujifilm S5500 which is my larger camera for sporting events, which is why I looked to get another fujifilm so that I could transfer memory cards between the two cameras.
It has an automatic shut down after about 3mins of non-usage so it saves your battery power.
Size wise it is about the size of a pack of 20 fags - so fits easily into handbags, shirt pockets.
I also managed to pick up a nice camera case for mine for only £3.99 from one of the amazon sellers.
Al in all a nice natty camera, for nights out on the town, parties and your standard holiday snaps.
