Advantages Advantages Fantatic Picture quality, fantastic camera.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Shutter Lag, Load Up Time, Reliability is unknown, seems flimsy in some places.

For years I’ve always wanted an SLR, I do love taking pictures, however I have never gone to enough places to take gorgeous pictures before, so have always put off against buying it. However as some of you know, I’m going to University in September to study media production, which includes photography, and I realised that if I really wanted to do good within that particular module, maybe my little Kodak wouldn’t be good enough, so I popped on down to my nearest Curry’s. Other reasons for buying another camera was the fact that my nan has just got into photography and after borrowing my camera ... more

Advantages Advantages Easy to use, very professional

Disadvantages Disadvantages Lots of features which I am yet unsure of

I love taking photo's of everything and everyone in my life that means something to me whilst at the same time taking pictures of random images which stand out to me. I can be sat on a bus, walking in the park or merely out shopping and if I see something I like the look of that would take a good picture I take a snap. My fascination for photography comes from my late Auntie who was forever taking pictures and entering them into endless competitions, where it was of the brightest flower you have ever seen or a seaside clip she would take the photograph. I used to spend weekends with her on the ... more

Advantages Advantages Lots of useful features, easy to use

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Long shutter delay

My previous camera was a Fuji finepix A101, and has been an absolutely fantastic little camera. I took some fantastic photos of my beautiful little girl with it, but couldn't enlarge them because it only has 1.3 mega pixels! When looking for a new camera, I only looked at fuji finepix because I was so happy with my previous camera. I decided to get a digital SLR so I could take close up photos of flowers. It cost £183 from Amazon; the case and SD card were available separately. Although the instruction manual is rather daunting, the camera is simple to use and easy to get the hang of. It has a ... more

Advantages Advantages Size, huge zoom, great picture quality

Disadvantages Disadvantages Takes AA batteries (small issue as they last for a long time)

This is a good quality camera. It is reasonably priced, I paid about £150 for mine. The camera is easy to use due to the rotating switch on the top for the modes. The zoom switch is in an easy to reach position. Due to the size and weight of the camera it is easy to carry with a strap and also a good shape so it's easy to hold. The camera has lots of features including, an 18x zoom, a pop up flash, and many settings such as snow, party, landscape and sport. This camera is ideal for those looking for a bridge camera with a few extra features without breaking the bank. The picture quality is ... more
