In fact id describe this as a replacement desktop, it will run just as fast as one and is so much smaller so why not get one instead of a huge desktop pc.

Its combination of the colours black and silver/grey make this laptop look a lot more stylish and cooler than if it was all in just one colour.
My favourite feature of this use of colour is how the grey keyboard stands out around the black bottom of the laptop, and also how just the top and bottom of the screen section is done in grey, it just makes it look sleeker.

This laptop runs very quickly, it doesn’t seem to struggle when running software, internet videos and even the newest of games seem to run like a breeze on this laptop. Like I say, this really could replace a desktop pc as it runs just as fast as one, and I certainly know ill probably never buy another pc again simply because of how fast laptops have now become. It used to be that all laptops were a lot slower than pc, but now there matching and even beating them in performance. The main reason why it runs this fast is because of its built in 2 gb of ram. This really should be enough for anyone and I certainly have never needed a laptop with more than 2 gb of ram. It also seems to be around the maximum amount of ram you can get without spending a silly amount on a laptop. For example, you could buy a 3 gb or even 4 gb of ram laptop, however these would go over the £1500 or even £2000 mark. Whereas this laptop only costs around £500 which for 2 gb of ram is a great price.
Its doesn’t disappoint in hard drive space either, as it delivers a very impressive 160 gb of storage for all your files to be saved on. I certainly have never needed a laptop with more than 160 gb and have never even filled a laptop with over 80 gb of data before, however its always good to know you can basically put whatever you want on your laptop and the space will never run out.
The screen size of this laptop is 15.4 inches. Which is around the average, and will be ok for basic laptop needs. Its not a great size for watching movies on however, and you might find it a little small if you do like to watch movies on your laptop. Movies do run very well on it however, this is because its screen actually has active matrix, this is being used by so much more laptop manufacturers nowadays as it makes the screen lighter, therefore making the laptop lighter, is makes the image quality so much better than a normal TFT screen and it also makes the response time a lot better, which makes videos look sharper, photos look sharper and game playing look better than ever before.
It does actually have a very impressive battery life, it lasts 4 hours which is on the verge of being a portable laptop, and it would certainly last as long as most portable laptops do, however it comes in a little heavier than most laptops that boast portability do, it weighs 2.8 kg, which still isn’t heavy but it might just be too much to be carrying around with you all day.
It has few extra features, it has a built in 3 in 1 card reader which is handy, but it’s a shame to not see a built in webcam, not only because it’s a great feature, but I think it would look good on this laptop too, so that’s a shame.
Well this laptop defiantly is a great looking piece of equipment which also runs very quick too, and its also very cheap at £500. I think the main reason is because it’s a Fujitsu siemens and I think if this was labelled a dell, it would certainly be at least another £100 dearer. That being said it doesn’t make it any worse quality as dells are, in fact I do prefer a lot of Fujitsu laptops over dells, so just don’t let the name put you off, ever.

Low bettery, hot fan,(better than many others ,but not as good as normal Fujitsu laptops) . And the Ac adapter is hottest, cant stand that! The screen looks nice ,black and vivid, but under sunshine, you cant see anything, it's like a mirror. Resolution is only 1280*800, not big enough. The intel 3945ABG wirless is not so easy to setup, have to find some offical patches and driver , read the manual, after 1 day , till make it work. All the others are just cool, slim and light, enough USB slot, with such a price, you cant expect more. ...

A brain eating sound when operating at High performance, Bluetooth drivers supplied (Connect 2 air) are not Vista Supported. Not a laptop to play any game... But definitely a good laptop for software development. MS Visual Studio 2005 Works fine. Recommended for university students looking for a laptop for studies but if u want maximum performance and you can afford, u should look for another trademark. My AC Adapter does not heat so much. Decrease brightness if u want to watch the display in sunlight. For the price you will be paying, its worth it. ...

Advantages: Initially appeared to be what I paid for. Disadvantages: Subsequently turned out to be a "Friday" machine!
...but not so many for Fujitsu 'cos it looks as if the hard disk is now failing and the warranty has just expired! Norton said a problem - "run a full scan" - that couldn't complete, so ran Chdsk and this stalled at 25% on stage 4.
Various phone calls and lots of chat to technicians have convinced me to replace the hard disk - Oh! and another black mark - no recovery disk came with the machine, so more trouble and expense in re-installing XP Pro and ...

Jessops would not deal with it, and referred me to Fujitsu Siemans for servicing 3/2007. After the 1st service the laptop still had the same faults, froze, and reverted to the French Alphabet randomly. After the 2nd service the laptop was noisy, overheating, and the screen was red on startup. I cut the power, and ... ...9/2008 I switched on the Fujitsu laptop. After startup the screws and components could be seen as the screen turned black. There was a burning smell. I cut the power. Fortunately I had not left the room, and was able to deal with it.. I complained 'Sale of Goods Act' . Jessops letter... average lifespan of a laptop 60 months, divide £1199.99 by 60 = £19.99 x 26 months usage = £520.00 = partial refund of £679.99. ...given my card details to Fujitsu in order that they will collect my laptop, but if they try to charge me anything at all, I will dispute the charge through my credit card. I'll let you know how I get on.
