Owned it for five days now but it took three days to fully suss it out - I am not an experienced laptop owner.
The machine is very compact and excellent value for money. It does however have the most diabolically inadequate instructions I've ever come accross.
Battery life is closer to 1hr 15mins than the 1.33 quoted. No warning when it is about to go blank, but it does leave the settings correct for when you plug it in to the mains. I'm new to Vista so I don't know whether it is the system that has the irritating habit of pre-empting your next move.
The screen is clear and the keyboard layout is good, and it feels well made. For just £299 I am very impressed. Only the poor, virtually non existant, instructions let it down. ...
