Manufacturer's product description
Why take a fully featured PC for server based computing, when you can have everything you need in a reliable small form factor thin client? The FUTRO S400 is ideally suited for Windows Terminal Server computing. The server executes the applications, the screen is displayed on the client. Your data is saved secure on the server and is therefore protected against loss. Also the operating system is stored secure on a flash memory and safe from unauthorized changes due to a write protected file system. Without fan and rotating parts, the FUTRO S400 is reliable, fail-safe and silent. All that turns the FUTRO S400 into a minimizer of Total Cost of Ownership.

Advantages: Cheap, Light, Good battery life, Great screen Disadvantages: Meagre graphics, Sound isn't great
...I am a student, and desperately needed a new notebook after my Fujitsu Lifebook popped it's clogs at the worst time imaginable.
The NX6110 was a guardian angel to me - I had all my coursework in on time thanks to it's reliability and great keyboard.
But as the months wore on, I did notice it's shortcomings. The touchpad seems to lose it's sensitivity over time, as the one on my unit seemed to gain a mind of it's own by the 3rd month of ownership. The CPU fan got louder over time, probably because of a dust buildup within the heatsink assembly.
The graphics, whilst they are PCI Express, do lack the power of modern ATI or NVIDIA cards. The grahpics chipset in question is the Intel 910GML, couples with the Graphics Media Accelerator 900. Scores of 3291 in 3dMark01 show that games are a figment of anyone's imagination with the NX...

Advantages: Battery Life,Small + Light, Disadvantages: keyboard small,Low Speed CPU
...Fujitsu Lifebook P5020
The specs for the laptop are as follows:
Windows XP Home Edition
Pentium M 1ghz
512mb ram
60gb hdd
10.1" tft
wifi
Memory card reader
The laptop its self is 10.3" x 7.8" x 1.6" and it weighs just 3.85 lbs.
Had this for a while now its very impressive item. battery lasts for about 5 hours fully charged and if that is not long enough for you you can remove the CD Drive and put in its place a extra battery. The laptop handles XP like a dream. it has all the usual things laptops have vga sound,2 usb ports firewire, and it even has a compact flash this is a very good idea for removable storage. The two speakers on the fron tof laptop are very loud and are very high quality as you would expect from realtek ACL202.
only trouble i had with this is my fingers are quite big and the keyboard is small but you...

Advantages: design and very qucik Disadvantages: no webcam on there
...to be carrying around with you all day.
It has few extra features, it has a built in 3 in 1 card reader which is handy, but it’s a shame to not see a built in webcam, not only because it’s a great feature, but I think it would look good on this laptop too, so that’s a shame.
Well this laptop defiantly is a great looking piece of equipment which also runs very quick too, and its also very cheap at £500. I think the main reason is because it’s a Fujitsu siemens and I think if this was labelled a dell, it would certainly be at least another £100 dearer.
That being said it doesn’t make it any worse quality as dells are, in fact I do prefer a lot of Fujitsu laptops over dells, so just don’t let the name put you off, ever....
