I based this on their own user guide which says the machine has 1G of onboard memory under the keyboard which is not user accessible, and another slot on the back which is user accessible for another 1G. so i had planned to upgrage later when i found out how fast or slow ... ...changing their user manual.
Fujitsu have been giving me the run around right from the start
on this...first denying that the user guide wass wrong...then admitting
that there was a mistake but still not willing to make it right.
To add insult to injury they then charged my credit card for the full amount when i tried to buy a 2G chip, even though the module was back ordered for at least 4/5 weeks. When i protested they ... more

I based this on their own user guide which says the machine has 1G of onboard memory under the keyboard which is not user accessible, and another slot on the back which is user accessible for another 1G. so i had planned to upgrage later when i found out how fast or slow it runs. turns out their online user guide is printed wrong and there is no slot under the keyboard and all the memory is in the user accessible slot on the back. So now if i want to upgrade i will have to buy a 2G chip and discard the 1G i have paid for instead of getting the 2G to start with. Which is what i would have done had i known from the start that the company changed the memory configuration without changing their user manual.
