Advantages portability
Disadvantages hard drive space and ram, (for some).
Fujitsu is a company that operates under the well known Siemens brand. They are now making more laptops than ever and coming out with fantastic new models of laptops all the time.
This model, the lifebook was designed and made for al those people, who for whatever needs, want a good looking laptop which is very portable to take around with them. This laptop takes in all these demands and incorporates them into its specification and fabulous build quality.
The built in ram in this laptop is reasonable. It has 2 gb of ram, which is enough for most people, however when trying to run demanding games it can be a bit sluggish, and might take a while when opening software that uses up a lot of memory. However for most people who just need to run the odd word processor and other software, the amount of ram should never be a problem.
If it is however, there is an option of an upgrade. This is something all the lifebooks have and it I the capability to change its ram to a massive 4 gb. This is a really good option is you do need more ram, without having to fork out on a whole new laptop you can save money and just get some more ram added to your laptop. The hard drive in this laptop is also just reasonable. It has an 80 gb hard drive, which will be enough for most people, however if your storing a lot of music, videos or other files on their some might run out of space, so I would have liked to see this laptop with at least an 120 gb hard drive.
The screen on this laptop is a little smaller than the normal one. Its 14.1" TFT screen might look a little strange at first after being on a bigger screen, however you soon get into it and it just looks normal size from then on. This is something to think seriously about though if you enjoy watching movies on your laptop as this really isn’t a great size for video watching.A plus side of this laptop, and I mean a plus side is the battery life. This laptop can last an incredible 6 hours, which is pretty amazing and is great if you need to travel with your laptop and use it throughout the whole day without having to plug it in to charge it. The technology that has gone into getting a laptop to last this long is great and this should be one of the things which sways your decision the most as it’s a great feature of the laptop.
Another great thing this laptop has adding to its portability is its light weight. It only weighs 2.
