The PRIMERGY TX150 S6 tower server delivers new levels of energy efficient performance with Dual-Core Intel Xeon Processor 3200 series. This is achieved with a 1066 MHz FSB clock rate and with Intel’s new state-of-the-art multi-core optimized microarchitecture. A server with this processor proves to be a particularly powerful system that can respond quickly to your requirements. Enhance your efficiency when it comes to simultaneous execution of multiple applications and downloading mass data. This sixth-generation tower server combines high performance with low noise. The 3.5-inch SAS or SATA or 2.5-inch SAS hot-plug hard disks can be replaced easily while the server is in operation. High data security is offered thanks to built-in RAID 1 functionality and an optional ibutton RAID 5 implementation for SATA or a modular RAID for SAS configurations. The standard iRMC S2 (integrated Remote Management Controller) offers enhanced system management and graphics based on IPMI 2.0 technology, and the redundant power supply module further increases operational reliability.

Advantages: small, easily upgraded with standard hardware

...I have the Econel 50 and unlike some of the more comon server platforms it offers quite a bit in terms of upgrade-ability. It is a little tight in there if you're adding more drives (3.5 &* 5.25) so I recommend keeping your cable management tight. It's a reliable build on the Intel Chipset and I've yet to see a BSOD! The Motherboard build is of expected server high quality and there is no sign of popping electrolytic capacitors around the CPU; there is ample cooling as the PSU doubles as the cooling (snug exhaust fit) over the large CPU heatsink. The installation tools that come on the setup CDs provide a pre-installation environment based upon a flavor of Linux and allows you to install Win 2K up to 2K3 Enterprise. Ideal for a budget server, not designed to be mission critical, would be great as a DUAL CPU or DUAL core as struggles... Read review

Advantages: You get to really struggle with the Mic settings.
Disadvantages: Trying to get the Mic. to work reallt takes up all your free time

...I am connected to Skype but cannot get the Microphone to work properly on my Fujitsu E8020D which is 2 weeks old as at 12 August 2006. The driver detects the Microphone being plugged in but the Mic does not work properly. If anyone knows how to solve this problem, please contact me at hfester@vodamail.co.za What bothers me most is that when I contacted the company whom I bought this laptop from ( Annex in Midrand South Africa), they told me they do not offer support. So much for offering 3 YEARS warranty and they cannot even offer me support 2 weeks later. DISGUSTING. Yet the 3 identical laptops which is approx 6 months old works fine except for the 3 purchaed within the last 2 months. Please email me if anyone knows how to solve this problem. ...I bought this laptop as a home machine and upgraded the memory for games use. The laptop has progressively got worse, although it didn't start that great. Depsite a few professionals trying to fix the problems, the laptop crashes within 10 minutes of every use and is therefore unusable. I have followed many other similar cases on the web, and in each case a few hundred pounds has been spent with no resolution to the problems. The overheating in very short time does seem to be the most common issue. Also makes it impossible to use on the lap. What is the point of buying a machine that doesn't work? I would never buy a Fujitsu Siemens product again. I have had good service from Toshiba and HP in the past and would buy from a proper manufacturer again in the future.
