I was excited to see Siemens and Fujitsu's name on the product, and how sleek it looked. The websites listed in the manual do not exist, the manufacturer does not have any support for this unit any longer. It took me two days to make it work. Kept getting "maps not found" error message, found out the mini SD came with the unit was bad, and maps were not accessible. I had to reformat the SD, and reloaded the maps from the DVD the unit came with. It took 3 hours each time, to format and reload the maps. Once it started to work it is very cool. Attractive, fits in your palm, your pocket. Very very clear picture. Impressive it knows all the point of interests even if they are small restaurants.
