I have an earlier version of the Fujitsu SCALEO - how could I connect to a Router?

The SCALEO is about 5 years old and only has Parallel and Serial Ports and USB. I have a 3COM ADSL Wireless Router which requires me to connect to a 10/100 LAN port on the router. Do I therefore need an Ethernet card and where can I buy one? I am running Windows XP.
