The Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo L is described as a great entry level PC for home use. It has all of the standard features that you'd expect from a budget PC.

It's main advantages are that it has a decent sized hard drive (80 Gb) and a 16x DVD/CD rewriter.

The main disadvantage is the relatively poor spec software that is included: No MS Office, only Works. No Outlook, only Outlook express.

Another thing to be aware of is that the processor is relatively small. If you install lots of software, and especially large games, the machine will become very slow. However this can easily be fixed with a defrag.

Another relatively minor gripe is the slightly tinny sound from the built in speakers on the Fujitsu Siemens 15" Flat Panel Monitor. On the other hand, what did I expect from such small speakers, and the machine also can with external speakers, although these are a bit bulky.

In summary, if you want a reliable, entry level PC that is suitable for home and home- office use and that is great value for money, go out and buy one today.

For a review of this kind of product, we realy need to have a more detailed tech discussion. Including the spec of your machine would help for a start.
