I have had my Fujitsu Siemens Scenic for about 21/2 years now and have found it to be reliabla and sturdy. I paid only £286.00 - a snip.
The only problem I have found is that the modem has needed to be replaced twice but at £19.99 a piece this is no biggy.
I have had other problems but they have been relating to viruses etc and nt linked to the make or model of my PC.
A great bonus of Fujitsu Siemens as a manufacturuer is that they ae well known and so it is very easy to find compatible poducts and accessories as well as disks. I recently had a problem after some spyware found its way into my system and had to reinstall windows. For anyone who has never had to do this - it is not pretty! Each manufacturuer preloads your PC with windows but already containing their custom settings. Hence, my drivers were all over the place and graphics and sound did not work.
I went to the Fujitsu website and every download I needed were all contained together in one easy step. All I needed to do was log on enter my model and click Downloand - easy as that. My PC is back up and running now good as new.
