There's has been no shortage of racing titles in the ps3' early line-up, and in fairness they've been a pretty mixed bag. Only a couple of months of its life and the play station 3 may be reaching saturation point when it comes to middle- of - the- road driving games. The basic premise is a sound one and if you cant get fully behind that then you're going to have a whale of a time. Essentially, pseudo interactive have got themselves a good handful of burnout and an equally good handful of twisted metal: black and then mixed the 2 together with a twist of need for speed. By this point we're probably losing a great many of you.
Clearly this formula isn't going to appeal to everybody and as much as this hybrid ticks many of the right boxes in terms of accessibility, you cant get around the fact that it falls short in many respects. It never entirely convinces as a racer or a shooter. Its just brainless carnage - maybe that should be enough, but we need more. Your primary and secondary weapons can both be controlled by the face buttons, but seeing that you have a recticule on screen at all times, you also have the option to aim and fire using your primary weapons using the right analogue stick. Clicking it in fires the weapon. In theory this probably sounds okay, but in practice its frustrating and a complete waste of time and effort.
thats the end of this review ill write another review tomorow bye for now! :D
Advantages: fast. good graphics. action packed. Disadvantages: sometimes to fast. repetitive. hard in early stages.
Fast paced, dramatic shooter.
The first thing i really noticed about this game was how fast it was, things around you seem to blur as you pass them. Graphics and gameplay are of a similair style to burnout.
The game is great for stress releif and apears at first to be quite varied due to different missions, although most seem to pretty much have the same idea, shoot drive and don't crash. I can imagine that the lastability of this game may be short ... ...this game very challenging. By the 3rd level i was having to repeat races because of failing, i'm usualy the master of race games (as i am in real life).
The thing that makes this game really hard is the fact that it is so fast that as soon as you see something you have hit it. You drive more by remembering where things are instead of reacting to them.
rent it first before you buy.
This is a great game but you would really have to be into it to ...

Advantages: Original, fast and furious gameplay Disadvantages: Unrealistic. Not for proper racing game fans
Full Auto 2 was a very disappointing game for me. I had not read much into the game before buying, but was expecting somthing along the lines of the old Destruction Derby games from the PS1. I felt asthough I couldn't compare the two and was left with a game very original but certainly not entertaining. I was expecting atleast some realism in the game play along with the far fetched guns featured on the cars. The speed of play is far too fast and ...

Advantages: Slow-Motion gives good atmosphere Disadvantages: Bad Graphics, Poor Storyline, Gives Bad Name To PS3
I bought Full Auto 2 and was bitterly disappointed with what i got out of it. The Graphics are in General OK but to no extent does it show the full potential of the PS3's graphics. The physics are the same with crashes not giving a full impact even though the fact that there is no rumble in the controllers taken into account. The controls are complicted and so they make the game hard to get used to. Trying to shoot while driving ends up with your ... ...you have played the first game. I would say that this puts shame on the PS3 and is an absolutely terrible game. Be sure to avoid this. The only good thing about the game is the camera veiw and slow motion. This makes the game quite enjoyable with the oohs and aahs of the carnage and destruction.
In Game: When playing, your car can glitch up and the frustration of this is unbelievable. I was about to blow-up the final car in the level when suddenly ...

Advantages: Full of action and very violent Disadvantages: no-one online
The weapons, the cars, the landscapes all of these add up to what I believe is a great game that should have been advertised a lot more. Unlike most racing games you will not get bored with this game for a long time.
One of the bad things about this game is that although there is an amazing online capability there never seems to be anyone on the online zone. Perhaps this is just because the game hasn't really become widespread enough.
The career ...
