I bought the Funai 31 B-250 about three years ago, and in that time, it has only been used for about 2 months, then put in the cupboard!
I've since put it back into use recently, as my only other option was the old Alba one which works, but the flap has snapped off.
It comes with a remote, which looks a little bland, but has the controls you need.
It is only a 2 head, which means it won't play as good quality as a 4 head, and the difference was evident when I compared video quality from the Funai 2 head with my 1990's Granada VCR 4 head - The Granada won!
If another 4 head VCR comes up for sale, I may be tempted to buy it. But for now, the 2 head will suffice.
The unit looks nice, but doesn't have a display (something my 90's Granada VCR has, and one of the reasons I love it so much), which is a pitty, but it was the cheapest VCR on sale at the time, so I obviously wouldn't expect such a luxury.
I hope you have enjoyed reading my review on the Funai 31 B-250.
