I love Funeral for a Friend. I discovered them only a year ago and ever since, I have always listened to them; no matter what mood I am in they always have a song to match it, or if I desire, change it. From songs like 'Your Revelution is a Joke', a piece that consists primarily of an acoustic guitar and a cello, and 'She Drove me to Daytime TV' a hardrock song with the power chords and amazing riffs, their musical talent always shines though.

Funeral for a Friend are amazing live. They perform with such vigour and sheer passion its hard to believe that they do anything but play music. I recommend downloading their songs online and then checking out their albums, I like 'Four Ways To Scream Your Name' and older, but a brilliant compilation of fantastic music.

The lyrics are thought provoking and aren't all about love unlike some other bands. Thgey have a refreshing twist as they have not tried to become popualr and have not changed to suit society.

You can listen to this band again and again and never get bored. They don't have one bad single and each and everyone is different yet run along the same sort of theme. The variation and consistency is harmonious. Their songs sound completelyt different to other rock bands and all their songs DON'T sound the same, unlike some other 'rock bands'!

If you ever have the chance to buy an album, listen to their music or even see them live, DO IT! If you're into other bands such as Puddle of Mudd you will enjoy Funeral for a Friend's music.
