Wouldn't have bought from... |

I buy regularly on the internet and have become used to the various companies I use doing what they advertise they will,. So ,when I was looking for a tv stand, an internet search threw up this company offering next day delivery (or 2 days if ordering after noon) and I naively thought it would all be straightforward. I did think the confirmation email a bit vague about delivery - lots of information about different delivery times but no information about when my item would be delivered. And sure enough, three working days later, I am still waiting for my item which is still being offered as available for next day delivery. It seems, from the other reviews on this site, that this is a common hazard with ordering from this company and I certainly won't be using them again. I've sent an email asking for either my item delivered by Friday or my money back - what are my chances of this actually happening? I will keep you posted.
